Sarah Glaser is the Director of the Secure Fisheries program at One Earth Future foundation. She is an expert in marine ecology, fisheries, and fisheries conflict with a focus on the Somali region and East Africa. She earned her PhD from Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Her published research includes work on IUU fishing, food web ecology, time series forecasting models, predator-prey dynamics, climate change and civil war, tuna fisheries, Lake Victoria, and sustainable development goals. Prior to joining OEF, Sarah worked at the Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver, the Virginia Institute of Marine Science, the College of William & Mary, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
