Angela Armstrong is Program Manager for the World Bank’s Global Environment Facility and Montreal Protocol programs, together encompassing a current portfolio of 120 projects and approximately $1.5 billion in funding. With over 20 years of project leadership at the World Bank on global environmental issues in Latin America, Europe, and Central Asia, Ms. Armstrong brings experience managing large-scale, innovative programs on climate, landscape management, and forestry that emphasize low carbon development, nature-based solutions, and climate resilience.
